Dave Sinnett

Dave was born in Nova Scotia and was lucky enough to reside in many parts of Canada when growing up, including Quebec, Manitoba, and British Columbia.

Dave attended Carleton University and obtained a B.A. in Psychology and Law, with a Concentration in Criminology. This degree developed his interest in legal studies and led Dave directly to Queen’s University Law School.

Upon graduation Dave worked in both Welland and Kitchener-Waterloo before deciding Kingston was the place he wanted to be. In fact, when Dave and Matt decided to open the firm in 2000, Kingston was their only choice.

Dave practices Criminal Law and is a past President of the Kingston Criminal Defence Lawyers Association.
